I am just an extremely satisfied customer. The manager, Adam, is the MVP of customer relations. Back story - I have an old hot tub I was given at no cost. Getting it up and running has taken a great deal of time and patience. There have been several times I nearly filled it with gasoline and lit a match to it. HOWEVER, the folks at Aqua Pro helped me every step of the way to get it up and running. They even went so far as to allow me to borrow a pressure switch for trouble shooting purposes. They answered all of my questions and put a lot of time into helping me out. This all despite the fact that they have not made much money off of me to this point.
